		Current work:  pencil, paint on digital print.
		The forms I invent in my paintings are visual analogues that portray nature's organic vitality and the clarity of its multifaceted geometries. Using a collage process I make quasi landscapes that are worked on over a period of time as some imaginative place takes shape. My sources of inspiration are drawn both from science and from culture. I saw the surface of the sun reflected in some old fabrics I saved and used photographs and scanning as a starting point for the collages.
